Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
